Making a pick

  • One dog a week

Exactly one pick per week, in each pool you belong to. Underdogs only — a pick’em (+0.0) isn’t a dog. Reuse teams as often as you like.

  • Submitting locks your spread

You keep whatever number the board showed at that moment. Later line moves don’t change it, in either direction.

  • Switch until kickoff

Change picks right up until your game starts — a switch takes the current line, not your first one. Once your game kicks off you’re final, even for games later in the week.

  • Picks stay hidden

Each one reveals at its own game’s kickoff. Until then the Dog House shows who has picked, not what they took.

The week

  • Lines refresh every 3 hours, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM ET

DraftKings spreads, frozen overnight from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM ET. A number can move between now and kickoff — which is exactly why submitting locks it.

  • Scored Tuesday mornings, around 10:00 AM ET

A week grades in one pass, once every game in it is final — so a Monday night result waits for the Tuesday run.

  • Next week opens at the last kickoff

The Picks board rolls forward as soon as the week’s final game starts, before that week has been scored.

Standings

Most points wins. Ties break on the average spread across your outright wins — so the player who backed the bigger dogs is ahead. Covers, pushes and no-cover picks don’t count toward it.
